Honesty Essential for Trust

In relationships truth counts. Be honest with your partner about your thoughts, opinions and feelings. Especially your feelings. Being honest however, is not an excuse to say mean, demeaning or rude things to or about your partner.

Honesty is the foundation of trust. Trust is the mortar of the relationship. Dishonesty chips away at the mortar and will, if continued, destroy the relationship.
